Compare and contrast THAT with... (c.July 2001 on my re-allocation to BT's Aylesbury TEC Pole Erection Unit) ...with the sentiments directly and unambiguously expressed to me by the BT employee "substantive" C1 Grade BT IT Gold User team leader supervisor under who's BT workplace authority and control I was contractually obligated to work when I and he were in transit in a BT PEU vehicle driven and operated by that same "substantive" C1 Grade BT IT Gold User team leader supervisor... & I quote verbatim: I'm a racist and I'm not afraid to say it. I hate the lot of ya. No fucking gunga, no black fucker is going to tell me what I can and can't say, good innit. (sic)
I responded to the halfwit racist coward by replying that racist conduct is not allowed in BT's workplace.
I was laughed at and was told to ...keep on dreaming.
That same "substantive" C1 Grade BT IT Gold User team leader supervisor went onto demonstrate to me and many many other BME and none BME BT employees the fact of his racist views, his racist opinions, his racist insults, his white supremacists segregationist racist moron's mindset over the following four and a half years within BT's workplace.
BUT when I finally formally challenged and exposed that racist BT employee / CWU-CCC member in Dec. 2005, that self proclaimed, self confessed white racist BT employee's reaction and response was:

and so I determined, whatever the cost to me in blood and treasure, I determined to stand up to and to oppose, and to challenge and to expose the many many many none racist white people who choose to accommodate, to tolerate, to protect and to safeguard people of their own race, even when that means that they, (i.e. white people in positions of authority, control and decision making power) force themselves, they compel themselves to support and sustaining - even in a legal forum - the proposition which is the equivalent to stating: We believe and accept that the Sun goes around the Earth because our white employees - shop floor employees, and line management employees and our HR management employees are presenting, are telling us (i.e. BT Group and the CWU) the equivalent to saying that the Sun goes around the Earth are the actual facts of the matter and we BT Group white people who are in control and exercise decision making power and authority believe them. We choose to believe them. We choose to believe lying white people in BTs employ for corporate and business expediency and there is nothing you as an individual black man can do to stop the white people who run BT Group Plc doing and deciding what we want to do and decide.
