Within the public criminal justice system I was questioned under caution by ATVP 28/7/13 having voluntarily surrendering myself to ATVP Station as I was properly professionally and courteously requested to do by ATVP.

(re: Jon Ivey's and dominic martello/distefano's FS1GC raised by those BT operatives c. 2003/4 as described within the main body of this post in relation to the actions, the conduct and the responses of BTs HR management when progressing Ivey's / martello-distefano's formal grievance. Jon Ivey and dominic martello/distefano both state this as occurring: They (BTs HR management) came out with all the bullshit they could muster, trying to softening us up, divert us, offering us all sorts of shit, bottles of wine, meals out etc. 

The relevance is: During my 2005/6/7 challenging and confronting of the cowardly hypocrites that are BTs line & HRBP management... (whilst the CWU-CCC so-called professional and supposedly capable branch reps. squirmed and wriggled behind me like frightened inadequates) ...dominic martello/distefano, bizarrely, got it into his head that BTs HR management were somehow afraid of me and so would attempt to likewise soften me up with inducements as they had attempted with Jon Ivey.  

Therefore: When I was living at HP19 8JU... (Oh and by the way, I make no apology whatsoever for how stupid, how bizarre how inexplicably bizarre and/or how utterly nonsensical the follow quote from a telephone conversation appears/sounds to the reader. It is, I'm afraid, the FACTS of the matter. It is what took place! I am NOT responsible for the workings of another person's mind or more accurately what passes for the workings of another person's mind.) ...dominic martello said to me during the course of a phone conversation about the progress of my ongoing formals, appeals etc. and I quote exactly and verbatim: ...Gumba if those fuckers offer you to make a BT video pick me, pick me Colin please...(sic)

I did not immediately make any reply to martello/distefano. All I could think was: ...fucking hell Colin, this is the mental power, this is all the mental capacity that you are relying upon in BTs workplace to help me fight to expose the truth about the likes of that racist halfwit cunce and his stupid BT suck buddies on BTs shop floor and in BT line management. A simple minded, deluded wanker who carries in his simple mind the crass stupidity delusional idea of BTs white management making a fucking video of me and him. God in heaven help me. 
When I did reply to poor old dominic I said: Yeah sure Dom no prob, you're me best mate...

So as to make myself absolutely clear I repeat the quote verbatim: ...pick me, pick me Colin please. (sic). Of course I could well be lying and making up, inventing that quoted telephone conversation between myself and martello distefano!!! Yeah, I know, that "possibility" does appear somewhat implausible to any averagely intelligent, impartial neutral observer, given the circumstances.


Still, if you go to the police and name a man as having acted unlawfully, acted criminally against you, you leave yourself open to the man you are making allegations against defending himself against you, providing factual information about you the complainant. And yes, doing so from a courtroom witness box under oath when necessary.

Now take that to the police and make another witness statement complaint and take your black person suck buddy with you. You know, the black person BT employee you have on numerous occasions c. 2006 stated to me is: a stupid cunt and an arsehole (sic). e.g. on your return from your Australia holiday in April/May 2006.  As in: Colin, I saw that arsehole B**** P***** (aka Uncle Tom Prick P****e aka John Coffey) in the  garage (BT (nick)Griffin Ln. Aylesbury TEC MTW) this morning. No, ...good holiday Dom? no, ...How was your holiday Dom did you have a good time? or any of that. No, in front of newport pagnal... (s.newport-hall MTW manager) ...and them others, the first thing that stupid cunt said to me was ...you heard about Jarrett? He's in the paper. At the recorded and transcribed police interview I willingly provided answers and responses to questions put to me concerning the contents of a (approx) three page witness statement made to ATVP by BT/CWU employee/member dominic distefano / martello as a result of that individual's formal complaint against me to police.

I was told that a dominic distefano / martello had made formal complaints against me to the police. I was asked to detail my historic and contemporaneous connection with the named individual.

Uninterrupted over some 10 mins. I gave those historical and contemporaneous details: 

I presented thus: From Jan. 2000 to Jan. 2006 I knew the complainant as nothing other than a friendly BT customer services - volume - operative whom I would say hello and have idle workplace related banter with on occasion.

I stated that in late 2003 a black BT volume operative workmate and personal friend of the complainant named Jon Ivey transferred onto the same Overhead & Polling (sic) work group on which I worked...
  
(and from Jon I learnt of the existing and ongoing FS1GC concerning a number of white racist BT employees and racist bullying and harassment within BT's Aylesbury yard that had been perpetrated against Jon Ivey and dominic martello/distefano about which Jon and martello/distefano had raised a FS1GC with BT & BT HRBP management. The outcome of which was told to me as being: formal grievance complaint not upheld, not proven, no case to answer. 

...but that although Jon Ivey and I became good friends as well as workmates, the nature of the contact between myself and the complainant d. martello/distefano did not alter until Jan. 2006.
I stated at police interview, and, I am willing to state in court under oath that that initial contact between myself and the complainant which took place in Jan. 2006 is as described here link: Blog post Titled c. Jan. / Feb. 2006.

I further stated the fact that from Jan. 2006 up until the end of Feb. 2007, when for his own, unfathomable, reasons the complainant - dominic martello/distefano - chose to no longer befriend me and ceased all contact with me after I had informed him that I had instigated an employment tribunal claim against BT. 
But that up until then myself and the complaint were friends on a workplace basis and on a social basis and were always in constant contact with one and other, visiting each others homes drinking and eating e.g. the Crows Nest public house when martello/distefano had picked me up from my Ruskin Way home. etc. etc.

e.g. c. Sept. 2006 - a Saturday morning - inside HMP The Mount. The below quotes stated by dominic martello/distefano when speaking to Jon Ivey and me on the one prison visit I and the complainant made together. ...me and Colin talk most days...(sic) other small e.g. are: ...gumba me and Colin this... me and Colin that... / ...gumba when me and Colin ... / ...gumba you should see what Colin's doing to  'em... ..fucking hell gumba it's so fucking funny gumba... / ...fucking remember what those fucking inglese did to us gumba? / ...me and Colin gumba what a team gumba man... (I could go on quoting martello-distefano, but I won't)  

At interview under caution I further stated to ATVP that throughout 2006 and into 2007 the complainant voluntarily and willing acted as my eyes and ears within BT and especially at BT's (nick)Griffin Ln. yard as he supported my attempt to hold accountable and responsible for their workplace conduct the racist, bullying, harassing lying white BT employees whom I had brought before the employer's formal grievance procedure.

Following my detailing the historic and contemporaneous connection between myself and the complainant dominic martello-disefano ATVP then put a series of questions to me - including a number of exhibit printouts from my social media websites - arising from the formal 3 page witness statement made to police by the complainant. Those police questions and my responses were as follows:

From the witness statement made to the police by dominic martello/distefano I was asked: The complainant states that within your social media websites you are presenting that he was your eyes and ears within BT when you were progressing formal grievances throughout 2006 whilst on sick leave from BT and that that is a lie and not true. What is your response?

I replied that the complainant is, as a matter of simple fact, lying to the police and that I will, in part, rely upon the following email proof as evidence of that fact: [n.b. the reader will be unable to comprehend some specifics / some references etc. - within the below email exchange (one of many such comms.) between myself and the complaint, for the simple reason that the reader is ignorant of the full context in respect of the content of the below email comms. I am, unfortunately, not able to retrieve all the emails which passed between myself and martello/distefano c.2006/7- and emails which passed between myself  and a black person BT employee Uncle Tom Prick c. 2010/11 - in which that UTP expressed extremely offensive opinions about dominic martello/distefano - because I have unfortunately lost access to my OUTLOOK email account somehow. The reader can, if you wish, make enquiries of the respective recipients for the emails in question cited by me which I am, for the present unable to retrieve from my old OUTLOOK EXPRESS accounts. I am positive that both persons will be very forthcoming in making those many emails they exchanged with me available to you. Or then again, maybe not! :-(o) ]

Fight the power...with equal power...black power & white power !!!

Seeing the London 2012 Olympics Anniversary Games I recall being a 10 y/o schoolboy watching the Mexico Olympic Games with my family and us all seeing, discussing and understanding the import of this unprecedented and most powerful a global declaration by two black men and one white man, as the world bore witness to that awe inspiring sight: 


 
A profound message delivered to the whole world by three men of colour. i.e. The colour black and the colour white. These three brave, courageous, selfless and principled men made the "white man" who controlled this world of ours in 1968 so very very unhappy!  

Being the cause of making the "white man" and/or the "black man" unhappy is NOT any longer a crime in the second decade of the twenty first century!...  

(Or so I thought. No doubt the police and the CPS are going to tell me different.) 

...Speaking from first hand personal experience I think, in fact I'm 100% certain that I made the "white man" - and made the white man's compromised, deceitful and dishonest hypocrite BT workplace "white breden" - so so very unhappy (and paradoxically, so very very happy - at one and the same time) by telling the "white man" that is BT Group's white management a few home truths

How?

By providing to the BT Group "white man" the true, the accurate, the factual, the legitimate and the wholly justified honest comment content that comprised a black BT employee's / CWU member's - Colin Jarvis's - 'Overriding objective' which I sent to all RESPONDENTS i.e. the corporate machine that is BT Legal and to the five lying,  stupid,  halfwit, cowardly arseholes who were the five white BT employees CWU members(3of) 'Other Respondents'.

Well, fairs fair. That same deceitful, dishonest, compromised hypocrite "white man" did after all disclose and send to me some 300+ pages of the "white man's" private (sic) in confidence (sic) confidential (sic) highly confidential (sic) accenture copyright (sic) BT documents. 
BT documents which revealed exactly what the "white man" gets up to in the privacy of their dishonest, compromised, perverse and perverted BT  formal grievance complaints processes and procedures.

That BT (&CWU c.June - Sept. 2012) bullshit as documented, as disclosed and as entered into public employment tribunal proceedings - had the effect of making me so very very unhappy. Which is, happily, not a crime.  

It would appear that the BT "white man" and his sick BT/CWU mates like giving but those same dishonest deceitful cowards objects to receiving. It appears that the BT "white man" and his stupid BT/CWU mates are ...happy to talk the talk but object to being made to walk the walk.  

Well that's... as my erstwhile - BNP supporting halfwit twat - "substantive" C1 Grade BT IT Gold User team leader supervisor white racist BT employee / ex CWU member (i.e. resigned his membership of the CWU-CCC c.Nov.2006 - all of a sudden like!) would oft say: ...tough!

So fairs fair. Ay!

BT GROUP & THE CWU & THE POLICE & THE CPS.

It is the historic case that: White people in positions of workplace authority, in positions of workplace control and in positions of workplace decision making power within BT and the CWU could have chosen to say to bullying harassing white BT employees whom they employ and manage: Leave him alone, stop doing what you and your mates are doing to him. He is intolerant of you and your mates workplace racism, he is not afraid of you and your mates and he will always oppose, resist and confront your racist harassment, racist bullying and subsequent victimising of him. So leave him alone within BT's workplace.

Those same white people in positions of authority, in positions of control and in positions of power within BT and the CWU - those hypocrites - chose NOT to do so. Those white people instead chose to support, chose to endorse, chose to back up, chose to empathise with, chose to sympathise with and chose to speak up for and on behalf of white people wrong-doers BT workplace abusers, BT workplace mendacious cowards and BT workplace dishonest racists and halfwit morons against one single isolated complaining black BT/CWU employee/member who had raised and pursued wholly ligitimate BT/CWU workplace FS1GCs and Formal grievance appeals.

And now that that black man wants to tell my story of what took place, what happened and why it happened to me inside of BT and inside the of the CWU and want to articulate in a forum accessible to any member of the public who freely, voluntarily and unsolicited, chooses to learn of those historic and contemporary events and/or to learn of that which is now happening to me within the criminal justice system. Numbers of cowardly white persons and black persons all of whom desperately desire to hide and conceal their true cowardly sad selves from public scrutiny now seek to use the police, to use the CPS and to use the law in pathetic attempts to silence me, in stupid and imbecilic attempts to gag me, in desperate and futile attempts to stop me to prevent me from exercising my right to freedom of expression, stupidly attempting to deny me the right to the freedom to express honest comment as a black man who is an ex BT/CWU employee/member.

Result: I will, if necessary, see myself imprisoned by that same police, by that same CPS, by that same law rather that capitulate to BT/CWU white person coward hypocrites and BT/CWU black person coward hypocrites i.e. stupid persons - attempted gagging of, attempted silencing of a black man.

Question: Why am I willing to have my liberty taken away and be handed a custodial term of imprisonment for publicly expressing honest comment?

The answer is straight forward and easyily understood even by the most stupid of BT/CWU white persons and/or that most stupid of BT/CWU Uncle Tom black person(s).
 
Answer: Because I have absolutely nothing I have need to, want to or desire to hide, conceal and/or be ashamed of. If other people have such a want, have such a desire, have such a need - be you white persons or black persons BT/CWU persons - please by all means go to the police and go to the CPS and they will help you, assist you, aid you in your desperate need, your desperate want, your desperate desire to silence and to gag a black man named Colin Jarvis.  
But ultimately it is NOT the police, NOT the CPS and NOT the law who are responsible for the type of person/ the sort of person / the kind of sad, sick, pig ignorant, thoroughly dishonest and cowardly person(s) that you and your BT/CWU suck buddies in fact and in reality are!

The elephant in the room that makes up a good part of BT Group's and the CWU's workplaces is the fact of the substantial Pinocchio noses poking out of the boat race of a great many BT/CWU white persons and the BT/CWU Uncle Tom Prick black person(s). The dirty, long Pinocchio snouts sticking out just above your facial sphincters which you all are compelled to spend the rest of your sad BT/CWU work lives pretending you cannot see jutting out of the front of the mush of your vacuous BT/CWU suck buddies. 

p.s. a word of caution: Please be mindful of passing on infections when near each other, as all of your BT/CWU white people and Uncle Tom black person(s) Pinocchio snouts are covered in your BT Friend(s) (sic) fecal matter due to where you and your BT/CWU suck buddies have habitually inserted your collective cowardly (and in some caes - your racist) Pinocchio snouts as you "make a living" ripping off and undermining the white people who own and run the FTSE 100 company that is BT Group. As you and your sad white suck buddies & your Uncle Tom black person "friends" undermine and render useless and pointless the purpose of the TU that is the  CWU.

CWU CC&TV USR c.2009 to 2011.




In early March 2011. The minute I made my BT workplace voluntary TU health & safety role visible within BT's workplace I was immediately targeted by cowardly, sick, stupid morons for consistent and persistant harassment bullying and victimisation throughout the BT patch I covered as CWU CC&TV branch USR.

In late April 2011 I detailed to the CWU CC&TV branch and officials, to Openreach's CEO O. Garfield and other of her colleagues the exact nature of the bullying, harassing, victimising course of conduct to which I was being subjected by unidentified, anonymous BT employees and their BT mates. I purposely chose not to cite, not to detail the racist nature, the racist element of that bullying, harassing, victimising course of conduct to the senior BT/CWU white people to whom I was complaining. I limited myself to the anti-trade union workplace nature, the anti-trade union element of the course of conduct being perpetrated against me by numbers of cowardly, anonymous, faceless BT/CWU employees/members.

Absolutely nothing was done about the reported BT workplace abuse by either BT's management or CWU CC&TV branch officials.

I removed myself from BT's workplace on 11 Aug. 2011. The harassment, bullying and targeted victimisation still on going.

In January 2012 in the presence of myself and the CWU's head of legal services, a CWU CC&TV branch official was asked by a Solicitor... (who's legal services the CWU were using to tell me why the CWU were cutting and running from affording me legal representation at Tribunal.) ...What have the union (i.e. CWU CC&TV branch) done about it, what are you doing about it? 

That Solicitor received the reply: We're waiting for BT management... (sic). [To be clear. That is ...waiting... since March 2011...]

End of !

The Solicitor made no reply but simply looked at the CWU branch official then looked down at the papers in front of her.

Neither the branch official or the CWU head of legal services made any further comment. Neither did I. The Solicitor then returned her attention to asking questions of me and being given information by me.

The CWU legal rep present made only one comment throughout the hour or so the meeting lasted. At the conclusion of the meeting when the racist course of conduct, the bullying, harassing and victimisation course of conduct I was being subjected too was discussed for the final time, the CWU's legal reps contribution was: Yeah it's something that's in society, I suppose.

End of !

That is simply one little example of just how proactive the CWU TU is willing to be when it comes to honestly and openly addressing racism, racist bullying, harassment and the subsequent victimisation of an isolated single black CWU member within BT's workplace who is intolerant of racism and racist BT / CWU employees / members. A black man who paid the price for standing up and being counted within a white employer's workplace, within a white trade union's workplace.

The paradox, the absurd and so so telling paradox. BT Group EAP 2006/7 & The CPS 2013.


 











During the process of making use of BT's FS1GC and GA procedures I made use of BT's Employee Assistance Programme in 2006/7 in 2011 and in 2012.

BT Group provide this independent counselling facility to all employees who request it.

In early 2006 during the course of a counselling session the counsellor... (thoroughly good, thoroughly decent and thoroughly honest, very professional, very able, very competent and extremely capable counsellor, who held supervisory decision making authority) ...to whom I was allocated informed me that a "person" (no name no pack drill - discussed) who ...is obviously a racist (sic) had refused, point blank refused, the counselling services of the Black and Minority Ethnic professional counsellor who had been allocated to counsel him when that racist person had requested the use of BT's EAP. 

That same rejected / refused BME counsellor was supervised by my counsellor. I was told that this "obviously racist person" (sic) point blank refused to entertain the prospect of talking too, of being counselled by a none white, independent, professional, qualified and very able counsellor. I was told that my supervising counsellor made the decision to reallocate a white counsellor to the ...obviously racist person. (sic) in order ...to avoid any problems and complications etc. etc...(sic)

Personally speaking if I held the responsibility of that supervisory decision making authority, and a white, ...obviously racist (sic) client sent by BT refused the professional counselling services of  a BME counsellor and the racist person demanded and insisted on a white counsellor, I would have shown that racist person the door and informed the employer as to the reason as to why they had been sent packing.

FYI 1 - In 2006 an Italian-ish BT employee - who had volunteered to be my eyes and ears at BT's (nick)Griffin Ln. HP19 8BP yard c. 2006/7 when I was absent from work on sick leave for 12 months (full pay) informed me that and I quote: Colin, frank - the plank - hackett told me that: ------ had told them to fuck off when they gave him a black when he went for counselling. (sic) unquote.

FYI 2 - The same Italian-ish BT employee further stated that he then, very carefully, tried to illicit more info directly from ------ himself: Colin I said to him: ----- what's your wife think of what's happening...what's she say about it to ya....? and so on and so on. 
He said to me that: ------ was evasive and was very wary of me Colin, but he did say ....I'm even having fucking counselling dominc (sic). The same Italian-ish BT employee the said said to me: I mentioned you to ------ Colin and that you're coming back to work and ------ said to me: ...he can't come back here dominic, he can fuck off, no one'll work with him, we don't want him here no one does, he won't last here, we'll make sure of that, he finished in BT he is, I'm telling ya dom...(sic) etc. etc. etc.

FYI 3 - Both, that same Italian-ish BT employee and his BT "friend to his face" buddy i.e. a generic Uncle Tom black person BT employee often repeated and separately volunteered the following information to me c. 2007/10/11.  
Colin when I went with ----- for his counselling / Colin when dominic came with me when I was having counselling... [i.e. Milton Keynes, which was where the independent BT EAP Counselling service provider was located.]... we were early and parked up sat in the car waiting, when dominic said...Fuck me there's ------ the cunt, he's just come out, look (sic). 
I was told that Italian-ish BT employee and his suck buddy a generic Uncle Tom black person mate then debated whether they should call out to ------, but they quickly decided not to make their presence known to ------ (n.b. In 2006/7 I myself had seen and spoken to a BME BT employee I knew from Alyesbury, at that same MK EAP Counselling service provider, in the same car park when the start and finish times of our respective appointments coincided.) 
n.b. The above described "sighting" took place during the period of time that the Italian-ish BT employee quoted was 'expertly' advising, guiding and coaching his black person BT employee "friend and buddy" through BT's FS1GC procedure which that black person BT employee had raised against BT line managers under whom he and his Italian-ish BT suck buddy worked.(2Bcontd)

The paradox. The absurd and so so telling paradox.

On 11/7/13 I and many other people, BME and none BME people bore witness to a very good, a very competent, a very able, a very professional BME CPS prosecutor advocate strenuously and determinedly advocate on behalf of a white person who has, historically, communicated to me - (and communicated to many other BT employees) - obsessively and fixatedly communicated to me his utter loathing of, his utter contempt for and his hatred of people of BME lineage, be they British Asian people, British black people or any people of colour.

Prior to fiercely advocating on behalf of the CPS witness that same BME CPS prosecutor. having firstly consulted at great length with that white CPS witness. That same BME CPS prosecutor was, paradoxically, not rejected nor refused on the grounds that he/she was not a white person. That BME professional prosecutor being the person whom the Crown had allocated to the CPS's white (BT employee (ex) CWU member) witness and also allocated to their BME (BT employee CWU-CC&TV member) witness.

Moral of the tale? moral of the paradox? 

I know what I think.

It is worth pointing out that I, speaking personally, would have been extremely proud and extremely grateful to have had as a legal representative of the calibre of the BME CPS prosecuting lawyer who advocated against the defendant's - Colin Jarvis's - legal representative at my 11/7/13 High Wycombe trial and at my 16/7/13 sentencing hearing.

As a black man of average intelligence who has dignity and self respect for myself as a black man, I consider it grossly insulting, highly offensive and tiresome - in the extreme - to be told: ...put this behind you, ...move on, ...let it go, ...get on with your life...(bullshit... bullshit... bullshit)... by white people in positions of authority. White people who hold decision making power and control, all of whom know fuck all, know absolutely fuck all about what it is like, what it means to be a black man who has to confront and deal with pig ignorant cowardly gang mentality racist retards and racism on a near daily basis as a grown man. (or as a young black man or black school child come to that.)

Ignorant hypocrites white people in positions of decision making authority really should be careful about which orifice they talk out of when talking to decent honest black people about something about which they know fuck all.

For example such BT / CWU white people should stick to what they are good at, for example: protecting, safeguarding, supporting and covering up for sick cowardly bullying white people the likes of: phil the nigger (sic) his puppet master lee foulkes, CWU rep. andrew macdonald, daniella thorp, keith benwell and other dunce lickers when such dishonest twats, cretins and morons are legitimately and properly brought to the attention of the white people who control and run the (workplace / trade union-place) environment in which such deceitful cowardly racists, morons and gainsayers exist and thrive. :-(

It was on the 19 July 2001, 12 years ago that I was reallocated onto BT's Aylesbury PEU (i.e. Overhead & Polling (sic) team.

By the end of that first day I (and importantly) along with two white BT operatives and a white BT customer, had been treated to: ...Go on hit it like you're knocking a black man off your granny. (sic) ...Gungas, fucking gunga dins innit... & treated to the sad, the pathetic, the retarded, mocking and ridiculing racist person's impersonation of the supposed "accent" and the supposed "dialect" of Asian people, when Asian people were (mysteriously, unnecessarily and obsessively) brought into the topics of conversation and idle banter taking place taking place. 

The hilarious paradox being that on 11/7/13 I witnessed an extremely capable, very competent, very diligent and professional Asian CPS prosecutor advocate very strong and effective legal representation for the provision of courtroom "special measures" on behalf of that same racist coward who's BT workplace habit was to obsessively and to constantly give voice to his racist despising of and his loathing of Asian people. Or more accurately, his racist despising and loathing of ...gungas (sic) and/or ...fucking gunga dins (sic) and/or ...dirty fucking gungas (sic) etc. etc. etc. What a turn around.

With reference to one small part of the VIS submitted in public court by the CPS at my sentencing hearing of the 16/7/13 at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court No. 2. The magistrate told the convicted black man that that documents' content contributed to the sentence handed down to me by the bench.

Ahh, is that what you and your sick, cowardly, gang-mentality, sad white BT/CWU mates thought that that was what you were doing in a white employer's, BT Group's, workplace: Playing a game! 

Ahh, is that what you and your sick, cowardly Magic Roundabout slimy snail Uncle Tom black person co-witness suck buddy thought that that was what you were doing with the police, with the CPS and with the Courts: Playing a game! 

No no no my generic sad, little-brained racist friend. That is no game. And I am NOT engaged in a any type of "game" now. My dignity as a black man is most certainly not a game. 
[True, an Uncle Tom black person who may have befriended generic sad little brained racist cowards certainly has no dignity and/or self respect as a black man whatsoever. That is absolutely true... [and that is why such persons are referred to as a black person - as in: uncle tom black person - and not referred to as a black man.] ...as was clearly and plainly evidenced by the Crown evidence given in a public court of law against me in a case that was so stupid and illegitimate that the law determined that ...There is no case to answer, Mr Jarvis you are free to go.]

But as far as any crass stupidity along the lines of ...Colin Jarvis is playing psychological mind games with me.... (sic) goes. Consider the below conclusion which, logical, must follow from such VIS drivel.


Conclusion - ( the hypothetical i.e. the presumed conclusion)

So it is okay, it is perfectly acceptable for YOU as a white racist person to play psychological mind games with, to adversely, negatively and harmfully impact upon a black man who YOU do not know, a black man who YOU state YOU consider to be inferior, subordinate and subservient to YOU by virtue of that man's race and skin colour. Simply and purely because YOU as a white person consider YOU have the perfect right and entitlement to do so because YOU are a closet racist person who considered himself free and at liberty to safely conduct such a racist course of conduct inside a white employer's workplace / trade union place?

But that it is not okay, it is not acceptable when YOU feel psychologically impacted upon.

But that it is not okay, not acceptable when YOU are adversely, negatively and harmfully impacted upon by the response and reaction of that "inferior" "subordinate" and "subservient" black man?

Is that how you and your ignorant gang-mentality BT/CWU mates thought the rules of your game are written?

Really?


It is, I'm afraid, no more complicated that the age old adage:

If you - individually and/or collectively cannot walk the walk, then you had better not talk... ...YOUR cowardly, moronic, white supremacist, segregationist, pig-ignorant, retarded, racist bullshit to this black man.

The fact that YOU AND/OR YOUR SAD BT/CWU WORKPLACE MATES exist - comfortably and securely exist - within a part of a white employer's company and a white trade union.  That fact, I'm afraid, means absolutely fuck-all IF YOU AND/OR YOUR SAD BT/CWU MATES happen to pick on the wrong black man, happen to pick on the wrong personality type.

Tip of the day to all perjurious, cowardly, gang mentality, lying scum, racist, bullying, harassing BT employees: Select and target your next black BT/CWU victim with more discerning diligence in future. 

A black man's apparent circumstances, appearance, resources and apparent situation can prove to be very deceptive to, for example: the average BT/CWU workplace racist coward, the average BT/CWU workplace bullying coward, the average BT/CWU harasser, the average BT/CWU Uncle Tom black person.
