The police's response to my complaint? -and this won't surprise you - Proceeded by believing my evidence, took my complaint seriously, recorded my evidence and - surprise surprise - questioned me. That questioning boiled down to ...give us a name(s) please Colin ! My repsonse? I can't. I didn't see them do it.
It's that simple. n.b. - important: I have NO complaint nor any problem with how ATVP handled, investigated and concluded the reported incident referred too.
